1.
Choose a restaurant!
Try to find restaurants that match these simple rules:
-
customers can bus their own tables
-
local (within Bellevue)
-
both in-store and takeout options are offered
This is because CFNT's criteria is made for these kinds of restaurants.

2.
Check it out!
Once you get to the restaurant, here's what you can do:

Have a chat with whoever is at the front. Explain that you are helping out with a school project on the environmental friendliness of local restaurants and would like to take a few photos of the store (not the back/kitchen area).

Once approved, take some photos & notes (try to get enough info to give the store a score based off these criteria).

Leave behind a few flyers* (1 info letter, 1 score sheet, & 1 Bellevue resource page) with whoever is at the front. Make sure to take a picture of any sheets you write on just in case!
