Restaurants that offer reusables and disposables are reviewed based off this guideline.
In-Store Service Ware
1 (needs improvement)
5 (awesome!)
1: Styrofoam
2:Â Some reusables and disposables (non-compostable/non-recyclable)
3: Some reusables and disposables (compostable/recyclable)
4: ALL reusables BUT disposables meant for takeout offered to all customers
5: ALL reusables AND disposables meant for takeout only given when asked
Takeout Service Ware
1 (needs improvement)
5 (awesome!)
1: Non-compostable, Non-recyclable, AND/OR Styrofoam
2-3*: Some non-compostable/non-recyclable, Some compostable/recyclable
4: ALL compostable/recyclable BUT utensils automatically included in takeout
5: ALL compostable/recyclable AND asked for number of utensils needed
